5 Examples Of Using Zapier To Connect Your Web Forms And Third Party Apps

by 123FormBuilder

Supposingly you’re watching us for a while already and employ our web forms for your great business, you probably know one thing: we exist to make your work easier. For this, we strive to offer you all sorts of integrations with third party apps, so that you can link your forms to them. Once the connection has been made, you can sit back and relax while our integrations do the dirty job for you.

Even if our list of third party integrations is very broad and comprises a lot of major names like Salesforce, PayPal, MailChimp, HootSuite and many others, we don’t pretend to have all possible apps integrated with our service. But hold tight, we have a solution for these cases too. If you happen to need an app that’s not on our list, you can simply connect this app to your web forms by using Zapier.

Zapier is a service that lets you create connections between your favorite web apps, in just a few easy steps. The working principle relies on a mechanic like if this happens, then that happens as a result. It’s super simple, really! How, you’re asking? Well, here’s how you can use 123FormBuilder on Zapier:

1. Click on the “Make a Zap” option on the top of the page (after you have created an account first and logged in, of course).
2. Choose the first app you would like to create the connection from. In your case, it’s gonna be 123FormBuilder.
3. Choose the app you want to connect 123FormBuilder to.
4. Select the trigger for your process: a new form or a new submission onto a form.
5. Select the action that the trigger should produce in your desired app. You can see some examples below.
6. Click on Continue and you’ll have to choose your account for each of the apps.

See? I told you it’s easy.

Now let’s see a few examples of apps you can connect to 123FormBuilder. For a full list of available apps, you can always check Zapier’s app directory.

campaign_monitor_iconCampaign Monitor, the email marketing software, can be connected to 123FormBuilder using Zapier. With each new form or each new form submission, this connection can create a new subscriber in Campaign Monitor. Check out our integration with Campaign Monitor on Zapier here.

If you are using HubSpot for your inbound marketing needs, Zapier lets you use 123FormBuilder with HubSpot for triggering actions such as:
– creating a COS blog post
hubspot_icon– crafting a social media message
– creating or updating a contact
– adding a contact to a workflow
– submitting data to a HubSpot form
– adding a contact to a list.

desk_iconFor customer service matters, linking your web forms to Desk, the customer service and support ticket software, can be a good hint. New form submissions on your 123FormBuilder web forms can create a new customer or a new case in Desk. Check out the integration on Zapier here.

nutshell_crm_iconNutshell CRM is a Customer Relationship Management system that helps you in your lead and customer management. Create new contacts or leads in Nutshell by using Zapier for connecting the CRM to our service.

xero_iconShould you be using Xero as your preferred accounting software, we have good news for you. Yes, you probably guessed what the good news is about, didn’t you? You can set form submissions or new forms as triggers for creating a new contact or a new invoice in Xero. Find the 123FormBuilder integration with Xero here.

The five examples above are just a few to get you started on using Zapier to connect your favorite third party services with 123FormBuilder, assuming we don’t offer that integration natively, within the 123FormBuilder system.
