The SMTP feature is available for the Gold plan or higher. With this feature you can send notifications on submissions without the address noreply@123formbuilder.com appearing as the sender in the body of the email.
1. Go to the Settings → Notifications section of your form and in the SMTP Options subsection (under Form Owner Options) add your SMTP server information. Insert the Host, Port, Username and Password of your SMTP server, select the Protocol your server uses, hit Test connection and a code will be automatically sent to your email address.
Note: For Gmail, you can either set the protocol on Auto or SSL.
2. Once you have acquired the code, copy it and paste it in the Verification code box, back in 123FormBuilder. Click on Validate Code and changes will be automatically applied in your notification settings. From now on, all notifications will be sent through your SMTP server, namely the sender will no longer be 123FormBuilder, but the email address you have assigned in SMTP Options.
Note: Notifications will be sent through your STMP server only if they are in HTML format.
Your email address will not be published. Required fields are marked *

This raises a couple of questions:
1) Is it possible to change the “Customize Email Server” on account level rahter than for each individual form?
2) if not, do I have to do the verification process for each form, or would it be sufficient to once verify e.g. the email address of customer service and then to use this again also in other forms?
The SMTP settings, basically all settings, are enabled individually on each form. I am afraid that you will need to change the SMTP email server options on each form.
How to fill in SMTP OPTIONS? When I fill out the SMTP OPTIONS, I always get a warning that the data I input is incorrect. Can you tell me why?
Hello.
You will need to contact your service provider to confirm the server credentials introduced.

Hi,
Would this then result in my server holding all the emailed forms as well as the autoresponders sent out?
I am so hoping so.
