How to include a custom image to the Thank You page after submission?

We’ve implemented the feature to edit the Thank You page on your online forms. Follow our documentation here to learn how to add an HTML block to the Thank You page and edit its content with rich text format.

You can very easily include a custom image to the Thank You page and remove the default message. You’ll just need to add some CSS to your web form which will call for the image’s URL. Make sure you have the image online, as you’ll need its URL to complete the code. Don’t worry, it’s more simple than you think!

1. Go to the SettingsThemes section of your web form.

2. In Custom CSS include this following code and don’t forget to save your progress:

#id123-thankyou {
width: 640px;
height: 300px;
display: block;
background: url(http://goo.gl/3bs2fu) no-repeat;
background-position-y: 5px;
background-position-x: 170px;
text-indent: -99999px;
  • Manually adjust the values from width and height according to your needs and the size of the image.
  • background: url(http://goo.gl/3bs2fu) is where you add the URL of your image. Change our URL within the brackets with the URL of the image you want to add.
  • background-position-y: 5px places the image vertically in the canvas. Higher values will lower the image, while lower values will raise it.
  • background-position-x: 170px places the image horizontally. Higher values will move the image on the right, while lower values will move it on the left.
  • If you want to leave the default message, simply delete the line text-indent: -99999px;, at the end of the code.

This concludes the steps on how to include a custom image to the Thank You page. Now form users will be automatically redirected to the customized Thank You page after submitting your web form.

Copy the code and change the URL with your own and enjoy. Here’s what our code generates:
