Have you heard? FreshBooks recently launched their new platform offering more user-friendly features, now managing invoicing, clients and expenses in a faster and easier way. Based on customer feedback, FreshBooks has been redesigned with a strong focus on ease of use for business owners.
“The new FreshBooks is designed to be the most ridiculously easy to use accounting software ever built—yet still packed with powerful features for self-employed professionals. This isn’t innovation for innovation’s sake. This is about making it easier for self-employed professionals to succeed, because it’s hard enough being out on your own serving your clients.” said the co-founder and CEO of FreshBooks, Mike McDerment.
The new FreshBooks comes with brand new features such as:
Improved Invoices– with fresh new options for customization, due dates+ the facility of communicating with clients directly on an invoice.
Project Management– simplified process for sharing files and communicating with clients from the same place.
Multiple Businesses Management– for self-employed professionals with more than one business, adding multiple businesses and effortlessly switching between them can now be easily done.
Redesigned Mobile Apps- the new mobile app for iOS and Android will allow self-employed professionals to run their businesses on the go.
They also covered integrations, with the objective to build an ecosystem of partner apps to help everyone get the most out of their FreshBooks account. “We’re expanding our network of partner integrations, launching with 14 partners today, and will be rapidly adding more as we continue to invest in our platform[…]” said Mike McDerment.
Migration for existing users is optional. “Not only will you be able to continue to use the current FreshBooks, but you will be able to try the new FreshBooks with your existing data, and return to the current FreshBooks if you are so inclined. We believe in time, everyone will prefer to run their business on the new product, but we recognize that change is hard, and you will need to change on your timeline, not ours.” said McDerment.
If you want to integrate your web forms with the new FreshBooks interface, simply check the Use OAuth autorization option. For the classic version, enter your URL and Token.
